There are many women and children who get abused and silently bear the abuse, this could happen anywhere home, office, factories, and school. Many of them do not even know how to respond to such situations. The “SURAKSHA CIRCLE” is an ecosystem that is built with a role for society, educational institutions, industry & government, not just passing and enforcing laws.
We can make an impact only if there is a sustained effort right from childhood to instil values such as gender equality, gender sensitisation & respect for women. Suraksha Circle is working towards creating and imparting gender sensitisation program courses for schools, colleges & workplaces, (different sensitivities for all age groups). Gender sensitisation refers to the modification of the behaviour of people by raising awareness of gender and equality concerns.
Through this site, we provide training programs FREE to organisations needing it and could advise their staff to complete the course and get certified. There are programs for
employees and for ICC members. We also provide age-appropriate CHILD PROTECTION PROGRAMs free for children, parents and teachers which can be taken up by schools.

Former Chairperson FICCI-FLO (Mumbai) 2018-19 – FICCI FLO the Women wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
She was on the Governing Board of FICCI-FLO National Body 2017-19. As Chairperson she worked extensively to bring, Government, Industry and NGOs to work together to be the Voice of Women in the Industry.
She is an advisor for a review of the Internal Policy of companies with regards to POSH and their compliance related to the Act. As well as an external member on ICC of various companies. She is an Independent Director on the board of Jyoti Structures Pvt Ltd.
